User Billing Add User

If user is not a named user, add the user to the group in the MTC OU that corresponds with the classification provided for the user.

• MTC Billing - Service Accounts
• MTC Billing - Frontline Users
• MTC Billing - Resource Accounts
• MTC Billing - Shared Users

1. If client has on prem AD, add the user to the group in the on prem Active Directory
2. If client has Azure AD, add the user to the group in Azure AD
